Construction Manager

At Northstar Builders Group, we understand working as a team with the owner and architect is paramount.  We feel that the earlier our involvement in a project, the better chance we have to be an effective team member.  Serving as Construction Manager has proven to be our most successful platform for bringing value to the overall project. Our team approach includes treating other members with respect and is founded on being proactive decision makers while taking into consideration what is best for the project.

Team building begins in the pre-construction phase of the project to establish strong relationships and trust early. We understand that there are multiple stakeholders in each project.  We are sensitive to the expectations of the building occupants, the Client’s standards, the community (neighbors), the architects/designers, as well as our team’s ability to deliver a quality project in an efficient and safe manner.

General Contractor

GENERAL CONTRACTOR

For projects that we feel we can offer value to the client, we will also bid on jobs that have already been designed.  In this role, we still approach building the project the same as under a Construction Manager relationship, but the tools to handle changes or unforeseen work are different.  We find that this method is most applicable for prototypical or less complicated projects where the probability of unforeseen conditions is limited.

Post-Construction

POST-CONSTRUCTION

At Northstar Builders Group our relationship with our clients for many years beyond the project’s completion.  Completion of a project includes efficient response to any issue discovered during the warranty period, but our relationship isn’t limited to warranty periods.   Our team stands behind our work and lives up to commitments to our construction partners and clients last far past the warranty period.
