As COO of Northstar Builders, Aaron is responsible for overseeing success of all construction operations and ensuring that the needs of customers and business partners are being fulfilled. Aaron brings 20 plus years of field operations experience to the company. His experience has been built on direct project supervision including positions as superintendent, project manager, estimator, and operations manager. Aaron’s hands-on experience provides seasoned practicality to complex fast tracked projects while understanding the value of believing in and treating people with respect.
He is married over 20 years to Kristi Scates and has two lovely daughters Maci and Isabel.
When looking for a break in the action, Aaron enjoys the outdoors: fishing, hiking, a loyal dog’s company, visiting with friends, and occasionally hitting a golf ball…or two if necessary!
